HOW IT'LL ALL WORK

Here's the quick run down...

Each day of the summit will consist of 4-5 pre-recorded presentations. Each presentation will be 15-25 minutes long, followed by a brief pitch/mention of a freebie from the speaker.

While the summit itself will be free, there will be an option for attendees to purchase an "All-Access Pass". Buyers will be invited to join my private community. This will be the place for attendees to hang out, hold each other accountable, and ask any additional questions. All speakers will be invited to join the community to build greater connections with attendees.

WHAT I'LL NEED FROM YOU

Below is a list of the information and details that you'll want to be aware of as a summit speaker.

We will be collecting this information systematically, starting with your basic information then later collecting your presentation and your All-Access Pass contribution (optional). 

1. Basic Information

I'll need to collect information from you for our speaker page and for promotion. This would include your bio, headshot, links, etc. We'll provide a specific form that will allow you to easily submit this information to us.

2. Presentation Slot Scheduled

Once we have received your basic session information will schedule your presentation into the week-long summit calendar. 

3. Presentation

We will need a pre-recorded 15-20 minute presentation, with up to a 3 minute pitch of your free offer. The presentation can be slides, your face or a combination. Full presentation instructions will be given, including prompts and a slides template. We'll include details and requirements about your presentation including allowed formats and a suggested outline.

4. Worksheet

Want to add some extra kick-butt value to your Presentation? Create a PDF worksheet that we can add to your audience experience.

5. VIP All-Access Pass Contribution 

Please consider including a premium resource (i.e. not something that’s available for free on your website) in the summit VIP All-Access Pass. This can be something like an eBook, course, 3+ months membership, etc. This will also result in additional email subscribers when buyers of the VIP All-Access Pass sign up for your included offer.

6. Promotion

Speakers who choose to become affiliates and promote the summit will earn a 40% commission. The promotion period starts a couple of weeks before the summit. We will provide you with promotional graphics, email swipe copy and a delivery schedule to make promotion effortless.

7. Live Participation

We highly encourage live participation during the summit, especially during the presentation. Since the presentations are recorded, we encourage you to be active in the facebook before and after your session as well as in the live chatbox during your session to answer questions, provide additional insights and build rapport with your audience.

AFFILIATE DETAILS & MORE

As a summit speaker, here are some of the perks you'll have access to.

  • 40% affiliate commissions
    You will receive 40% commission for anyone who purchases the VIP All-Access Pass through your affiliate link.
  • Grow your email list
    While we're not sharing the attendee list with speakers, you'll have the opportunity to promote a freebie at the end of the presentation. This will hopefully result in 100s, or even 1000s, of new subscribers for you, who will then go on to purchase from you either immediately (through a tripwire offer) or later.
  • A complimentary VIP All-Access Pass for you
    I'm still finalizing all of the juicy details that are included, but it will likely include lifetime access to all the presentations, premium resources from some of the speaker, and a private podcast feed of the summit aws well as promotion to my email list.
  • Re-use your presentation in future
    I'm not locking you into an exclusive with your presentation or content. You will be free to reuse your presentation recording any way you'd like in future. 
  • Exposure/profile building/visibility/etc
    I'm hoping to get some really great speakers for this summit, and I'm hoping to have 1000s of people signing up. Being a speaker of this summit is going to get you in front of people, and who knows where that might lead... But at the same time, I'm putting this benefit last because it's a longer game and I can't predict what will come from your involvement.

2. How to find your personal summit presentation page
 
First,  go to the Meet the Speaker’s page for the summit
 
Then, scroll and find your bio, then look for the link “Watch this Session”. That is the link to your personal presentation page. Simply click on it or bookmark it for later to access the page where your session will play.
 
3. When will my session page be available?
 
Your presentation page will be activated a few minutes before your session will go live according to the schedule. If you don’t know where you are in the schedule, click below.

4. How to use the Chat Roll on your presentation page.
 
Once you get to your presentation page, your presentation video will be on the left side (see image below). On the right side will be your presentation’s chat window. You can log into the Chatroll with Facebook or Twitter so your audience knows it’s you. I encourage you to be active in the chat. Ask questions, answer questions, add additional information, cheer them on. Build an affinity with them in the chat roll so that they will be motivated to claim your offer at the end of your presentation.
 
Once your session is open, we’ll keep the chat open until 15 minutes before the top of the hour and then we will direct any additional discussion toward the Facebook group. You are welcome to go live inside Facebook to continue answering questions for the next 15-20 minutes or so after you session has ended. Just please wrap up any FB lives 5-10 minutes before the next session is released.
